2. Are the fragrances harmful or allergenic?
Our fragrance oils are carefully tested, free from harmful chemicals, and safe for vehicle interiors.

3. How does the electronic car diffuser work?
Simply place the diffuser in the cup holder, fill with aroma oil – done.
The diffuser automatically distributes a fine, even fragrance mist that will pleasantly refresh your car for weeks. No spraying, no wiping, just a continuous, subtle fragrance experience.
4. How long does a filling last?
Depending on frequency of use, intensity setting and temperature, a filling lasts on average up to 4 weeks .
When used sparingly or in interval mode, the fragrance effect can last for months.
Our high-quality fragrance oils ensure a long-lasting, constant fragrance intensity without being intrusive.
5. Can I refill the fragrance myself?
Yes! All our diffusers are refillable . You can use either our premium fragrance oils or your favorite essential oils.

6. How long does shipping take?
Because we work sustainably and efficiently, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer .
Delivery times are therefore usually:
- 🇦🇹 Austria: 7–14 working days
- 🇩🇪 Germany: 7–14 working days
- 🇪🇺 within the EU : 10–18 working days
In most cases, however, your order will arrive much sooner . You will automatically receive a tracking number after shipment, allowing you to track your package at any time.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking number via email so you can view the status of your delivery at any time.
8. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 30 € .
For orders under 30 € we charge a small shipping fee of 2.99 €
Returns & Support
9. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days of receipt.
